Is killing Kevin Spacey’s show really has to do anything with “STRANGER THINGS”?

As sexual harassment and assault allegations against a number of powerful men continue to kick back around Hollywood, perhaps the most familiar name on the list of men accused of sexual assault is that of Kevin Spacey, a two-time Oscar winner, a decorated Broadway and theater vet, and the (now former) star of Netflix’s House of Cards. Sorry guys almost get it wrong this time. Since October 29, when BuzzFeed published allegations made by actor Anthony Rapp that Spacey made a sexual advance toward Rapp when Rapp was 14, more than 30 people have come forward with their own allegations against Spacey, with accounts ranging from harassment to attempted rape. Although it seems that not all the people have come forward and there is lot to solve in this case but the once who have never put themselves on record has said to hold on to the story. It’s pretty obvious that most of the people don’t want to drag themselves into this mud again. But the reporter said that almost 40 people other than the one going on record have support the story.

The allegations almost bring some great fluctuations in the industries for sure. Almost every Hollywood entity seeks to distance themselves from the actor. Netflix, Spacey’s agent, his publicist, and the industry at large have all backed away from him; he’s been effectively fired from House of Cards and completely recast in a movie that’s still slated to come out in December. I mean I don’t get this, when can someone you hire dump you? Bold move right. And the publicist might have be offered a shit tons of money to help deal with this crisis. Fans were more upset about the fact that the show is close and it makes sense because FrankUnderwood is Homosexual and we have pictured Kevin the same. So for use as fans, closing the show was worst.

But if we see the fact behind this courageous move, we might find that “Stranger Things” (other Netflix original show) might have something to do with it. You can’t just simply STOP the release of new series (popular series) and sit in loss just because you have to deal some nation issues. I mean I’m not questioning the dignity of the channel here but I think that it’s not that straightforward. I think it’s a success of ‘Stranger things’ talking here. The show (Stranger things) was never mean to last this much on TV. As they are coming up with the 80s friction story and some new bunch of kids playing extremely related roles. The show’s creator (Duffer brothers) himself have not made any fame in the industry. It was too obvious that this show was just a gamble on some desperate creative guys. But turns out the gamble is cracking the butt of many established TV shows. Even from their own channel, “House of cards”. Yes! The first season was so good that it has outcome the numbers of “House of card” by miles. Maybe that’s the reason they have never openly published their numbers. And the next season were commissioned almost immediately. Some leak says that the numbers are 2 times the numbers of “house of cards”. Whatever it is I think that Netflix has grab a chance to shine in the eyes of normal citizen but just removing this Kevin Spacey thing and not even giving him any chance to be on his back. I also think that this move might make them a kind of corporation where they can stand for national issues rather than their own profit. Whatever it might be but clearly they have played this perfectly and the timing can’t be perfect to do so.

Fuck Fact: KevinSpacey responded to Anthony Rapp’s allegations of assault against him by saying he does not recall the encounter, but that if it happened, he apologizes for “what would have been deeply inappropriate drunken behavior” — and then, in a turn, used his statement to come out as gay.“This story has encouraged me to address other things about my life,” Spacey wrote in a statement posted on Twitter. “I have loved and had romantic encounters with men throughout my life, and I choose now to live as a gay man. I want to deal with this honestly and openly and that starts with examining my own behavior.”
